 Can I make changes to the tickets I have purchased?

 To avoid penalty fees we suggest you confirm your travel plans prior to the purchase of your tickets and protect your investment with travel insurance. The wrong name is printed on the tickets that I bought. What do I do?


Please check the names carefully on prior to completing reservation . Airlines prohibit changing names on tickets therefore accuracy is a must. If this has occurred, contact us to discuss your options.

What type of delivery service do you use?

Electronic passenger receipts may be printed from www.virtuallythere.com which will be linked to your confirmation email along with details of how to access your itinerary and passenger receipt.  If your reservation requires a paper ticket you will be contact by a representative during regular business hours to advise that shipping your tickets will be necessary. Paper tickets will be delivered to your credit card billing address via UPS or FedEx at an additional cost.  Please allow two business days for processing and delivery of paper tickets.

I won't be home to accept delivery of my tickets. What do I do?

For security purposes, paper ticket purchases through US1Travel.com. are sent to the credit card billing address only. This is the address verified by your bank and the only authorized delivery address. You must allow 2 business days for processing and delivery. Either someone must be available to sign for the tickets when they arrive at that address, or you must complete a signature waiver form to authorize an un-receipted delivery of your tickets. Otherwise, tickets may not be delivered prior to departure. If you can not be home to accept delivery..
