What if I don't know
the airport codes?
No problem! You do not need to know the airport
codes in order to make a reservation on our web
site. Simply enter the cities that you are leaving
from and going to. The system will display a list of
cities to choose from. Choose the correct city and
airport from the list. When entering your
destinations please do not enter both the city and
state, or both the city and airport code, as these
are not always correctly recognized by the system.

Can I book a
flight for an unaccompanied minor?
Due to security regulations, we do not allow
reservations for unaccompanied minors (persons under
the age of 18) to be booked through our online
system. You may arrange reservations for
unaccompanied minors by contacting our Reservations

How do I book
multiple destinations?
At this time our web site allows booking for one way
or round trip flights only. If you need other flight
arrangements such as open jaws, or multiple airport
departures, you may arrange this by calling our

Why doesn't the
system recognize the cities I requested?
When entering your destinations you need to enter
the city only, or the airport code only. Do not
enter the city and state or the city and the airport
code, as these are not always correctly recognized
by the computer.

Can I mix and
match flight segments that are presented in the
Itineraries page?
The fares listed are for itineraries offered only.
Unfortunately, we do not currently provide a method
for combining flight segments from different
itineraries.

How do I build
a stop over into my itinerary?
At this time you cannot include specified stopovers
with our online reservations system. However, we
invite you to call our Reservation Center toll-free
at 1-888-668-2300to have one of our agents assist
you.

Can I earn
frequent flyer points?
DISCOUNTS -
Many airlines do allow Frequent Flyer or Frequent
Traveler 'miles or points' for discount tickets.
Call the airlines to determine eligibility.
TRACKING 'MILES OR
POINTS' - Only the airlines track 'miles or
points' accumulated. Once you have made a
reservation and received a confirmation number (the
6 letter code), call the airlines to determine
'miles or points' eligibility for your flight and to
add your frequent flyer number to the reservation.
