What if I forgot my
login name and/or password?
Forgot password: You can easily create a new
password. You will need to answer a security
question to confirm your identity. Any financial
information saved in your profile will be
automatically cleared. To confirm your password
change, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the
e-mail address in your profile. If you cannot access

Are my login name and
password case sensitive?
Your login name and password are not case sensitive.
However, if you have used a number in your
login/password, you will need to make sure the caps
lock button is not on. If it is, the number(s) will
not be entered, but the symbol above the number will
be entered instead.

Why can't I log
in? I just created a profile.
If you have just created a profile for the first
time, and you cannot access the site, your
registration may not have been completed
successfully. Upon completion of a profile, new
users are automatically linked to the Flights
Request page. If you did not reach the REQUEST page,
please return to the PROFILE page to re-submit your
personal information.

Do you charge a
service fee to use your web site?
We do not charge any service fees to search our
reservations system, however we can not hold
reservations. You
will not be billed for any charges until you
purchase a ticket.

How do I change
my password or other profile information?
Changing your profile information is simple, whether
it's updating your address, travel or e-mail
preferences. You'll need to log in first. Then, from
the Reservations Menu, just click on Profile in the
upper left part of the screen. Once you've made your
desired changes, click on Update Profile at the
bottom of the page.

Can I set up an
International profile?
At this time, US1Travel Online is only capable of
accepting US addresses and US issued credit cards.
We are expanding to accommodate international
accounts to offer more options to our online
customers in the coming months.
