Los Angeles has it all: great beaches, world-class shopping, superb museums and attractions, but if you want your visit to have a Hollywood ending, your first consideration should be the location of your living quarters. No Los Angeles hotel or motel is near every attraction. So if you want to do some quality sightseeing, you may have to do a lot of driving, which translates into a lot of sitting in traffic, which may result in road rage, or at least an irritable stay in one of America’s greatest cities. Spread over 465 miles, home to 3.5 million people, Los Angeles is the second most populated city in the United States.
